About me and my therapy practice

I believe we all deserve to enjoy everyday life. Improving and having awareness of our emotional wellbeing and mental health is essential for this.

Being faced with deep routed fears and anxiety, lead to a loss of control. I work with clients to help them unpack their past and look at current ways of managing.

Anxiety, stress and fear are not a natural state for us to live in.
They affect our well-being, happiness, health and relationships.

I provide a counselling service for adults and young people using a variety techniques tailored  to individual circumstances.

I also offer coaching and personal development to help people with making life decisions, relationship and work-related issues.

I also provide dyslexia support and help clients assess how this affecting their everyday life practically and emotionally.

I am the author of 'Journey with Grace' that helps find a way through to a more fulfilled life.

 'Journal with Grace'
is a stand alone journal and can be well used along side 'Journey with Grace'.

I have published a book for children to identify with dyslexia and help parents understand how it might create anxiety for children.
