About me and my therapy practice
I work with a person's unique lived experience which explores their feelings, beliefs and values. I work at the pace of the client with a strong appreciation of their autonomy and capacity for self-discovery and personal growth.
My integrative approach aims to support the individual to deepen their self-awareness, make meaning of their choices and decisions. I facilitate an exploration of questions around values, purpose and an authentic way of living.
Practice description
Experiencing therapy is a process that unfolds differently for each client, whether a person is seeking support for a specific issue or looking for deeper personal understanding and growth. I do not consider myself to be the expert in your life and my role is to support you in gaining clarity and meaning to help you navigate your concerns, aspirations and goals.
My practice is located in a peaceful area, away from the fast paced activity of daily life. Sessions are 50 minutes in duration.
My first session
Starting therapy is a big step, and it is important to feel comfortable to work with a therapist. I offer a free initial consultation so that questions can be asked and answered between us. The first meeting is an opportunity for us both to get a sense of how we might work together and for us to explore what has brought you to therapy and what you are looking for therapy to offer you. There is no pressure or commitment.
