Practice description
My Practice
The therapy I offer aims to create a safe, non-judgmental and empathetic space for clients. This space can provide lasting relief from anxiety, stress, depression, anger, relationship problems, multicultural issues, and trauma.
I additionally offer bespoke workshops that help organisations to boost and maintain mental health and wellbeing for their workforce.
I also offer integrated executive coaching. This blend of psychotherapy and executive coaching offers a unique opportunity to boost personal effectiveness and tackle professional concerns, blocked by internal barriers.
Coaching clients I work with are usually leaders, senior managers, business owners and entrepreneurs. They experience a variety of challenges which include unhelpful /negative/overthinking, stress, burnout etc.
My first session
Psychotherapy
My usual practice is to offer potential clients a free 30-minute confidential consultation call with you. This is a secure informal video-call consultation, offered to give you a sense of me and how I work, as well as to ask any questions if you'd like to. It also gives me a sense of you and what you'd like help with.
The first session differs from the ones following in that I gather all the important details about what's been happening for you and what you want for yourself, including a simple risk assessment, making sure you have all the pertinent information to make an informed decision about whether you'd like to start therapy.
Once complete, if you decide you want psychotherapy sessions, we’d then agree on a time for you to get started. The first therapy session would differ from those after in that I complete a more in-depth assessment and agree with you how we will work together.
Integrated Executive Coaching
The free 30-minute consultation call (sometimes called a discovery or chemistry call) is to give you a sense of me and how I work, as well as to ask any questions if you'd like to. It also gives me a sense of you and your future goals. Following this, if you’d like some coaching, we’d agree on a time to begin.
I offer coaching weekly or alternate weekly for tailored periods of time, but usually, not for less than 6 months. However, there is flexibility and these packages can be reviewed, amended and renewed.
This first session is a little different from subsequent sessions in that it is slightly longer and involves a full assessment. Clients are usually asked to complete a few simple confidential reflective questionnaires. We also agree on how we are going to work together and what we’ll focus on.

Psychotherapy
The Existential and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy I offer aims to create a safe, non-judgmental and empathetic space for clients from all walks of life. This space can provide lasting relief from anxiety, stress, depression, anger, relationship problems, multicultural issues, and trauma.
I currently hold a small number of 'pure' psychotherapy sessions and these are only available weekly and at a concessionary rate of £100 per session
I also offer integrated executive coaching. This blend of psychotherapy and executive coaching offers a unique opportunity to tackle professional concerns, blocked by personal barriers.
Coaching clients I serve are usually leaders, senior managers, business owners, senior HR professionals and other similar executives experiencing unhelpful thinking, stress and burnout. They will usually be keen to excel and be effective in their role but be experiencing internal stumbling blocks.
