My name is Lucy, and I am a Â鶹ԭ´´ Accredited Humanistic Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, and Educator. 

In our work together, the purpose of therapy is to promote self-awareness and growth. My aim is to initiate a therapeutic environment where my clients can safely achieve stability in realising their own potential. As my clients, you are held in the highest regard and our relationship is one of a therapeutic connection and collaboration rather than that of expert and patient.

I work with a wide range of difficulties, specialising in issues relating to health, trauma, identity, relationships, loss, managing times of transition, and anxiety.

Online Therapy available

Adult Individual –I offer longer-term talking therapy or brief solution focused therapy.

Children and Young People- I offer brief solution focused therapy (6-10 sessions). When working with trauma, I recommend that we work using a more open-ended, bespoke approach.

We can discuss your needs further in an initial assessment.

Couples and Relationship Therapy. Additionally, I also offer individual sessions if only one of you feels able to begin therapy.

Group Therapy and Process- Facilitation of online group and process sessions.

Clinical Supervision. Are you a counsellor or psychotherapist seeking clinical supervision? I offer both 45-and 90-minute supervisions.

I offer clinical supervision for trainees and students at a reduced rate.

Fees: Individual and Children/Young People-£55 per 50-minute session. Relationship Therapy-£65 per 50-minute session.

Group and Process facilitation: £60 per hour.

Clinical Supervision- £55 per 45-minute supervision and £95 per 90-minute supervision.
