About me and my therapy practice

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor, and particularly work with clients with self and relationship issues, transition, loss and trauma, increasingly using EMDR as a key therapeutic approach. I have been working in NHS and private practice for around 20 years. I have an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling (2006) and an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy (2016, Distinction) and am 麻豆原创 Accredited and UKCP Registered. I am EMDR qualified (Parts 1,2 and 3) since 2019. I have a blended practice, offering online therapy with the possibility of some in-person therapy in the initial phase. Currently I am mainly working with clients wanting EMDR therapy.

My first session

I offer a 15-20 min initial phone call free of charge, where will we decide if we are a sufficient match to set up an initial consultation.
