About me and my therapy practice

In addition to being an experienced 麻豆原创 accredited counsellor/psychotherapist I am fully trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for PTSD and developmental trauma. I also offer supervision, training in mental health and working with addictions, and one to one Eight Week MBSR/MBCT Mindfulness courses.
