About me and my therapy practice

I have been a counsellor and psychotherapist for over 10 years, supporting individuals from all walks of life. My experience spans across all age groups, including children, teenagers, adults, and the elderly. I provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges at their own pace.

I have extensive experience working with professionals across various industries, including construction workers, business leaders, CEOs, healthcare professionals, and frontline workers. I understand the pressures that come with high-responsibility roles and demanding work environments, and I help individuals navigate stress, burnout, workplace challenges, and personal development.

My approach is integrative, drawing from various therapeutic methods tailored to each client’s unique needs. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, self-doubt, or seeking greater self-awareness and resilience, I am here to support you.

In addition to one-to-one therapy, I offer workplace well-being programs and workshops, helping businesses create a healthier, more supportive work environment. I am passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and ensuring that people feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes.

Sessions are available both in-person and online, offering flexibility to suit your schedule. If you’d like to discuss how I can support you, feel free to get in touch—I look forward to working with you.

My first session

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. I provide a safe, confidential space where you can share your concerns at your own pace.

During this session, we will discuss your current challenges, goals for therapy, and any questions you may have. I will also explain how I work, ensuring that you feel comfortable and informed about the process. This session is not only about gathering information but also about seeing if we are the right fit to work together.

I do not require clients to complete an assessment before the first session, but I may ask some guiding questions to better understand your needs. The session is collaborative, and you are welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

Sessions are available both in-person and online, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
