About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified person-centred counsellor, with a BA and Diploma in Person Centred Counselling from the Metanoia Institute. I am also a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, and a trainee in NeuroAffective Touch®. I offer a warm, non-judgmental, confidential relationship in which you can explore your experiences and the underlying feelings and meanings they may have for you. I invite you to direct the content and pace of the counselling, and will stay alongside you in whatever you are wanting to address, supporting you in listening deeply to yourself with acceptance and trust and in connecting with what you think, feel, want and need. According to your needs we can explore your experience from the perspective of both the mind and the body and the relationship between them, and support the release and integration of unresolved stress and trauma. I invite a collaborative, relational approach in which we regularly review the counselling to ensure you are getting the most from it.
I have worked in a number of counselling services, with clients of diverse backgrounds. I work to the highest professional and ethical standards, integrating the principles of the Â鶹Դ´ Ethical Framework into my practice, attending regular clinical supervision and prioritizing my ongoing personal and professional development.
I invite prospective clients to come for an initial consultation to explore what you hope to gain from counselling and how well we might work together.
Sessions take place in Wimbledon or Streatham, or online, depending on what is convenient for you. Both rooms are 5 mins walk from the station, on several bus routes, and have parking available nearby.

About me and my therapy practice
My approach
As a supervisor I draw on my person-centred philosophy and experience of somatic work to create a safe, supportive learning environment in which supervisees can reflect freely and openly on their client work, whilst also attending to their own growth and development. I offer a space where unconscious processes in the therapeutic relationship and the transpersonal dimension of the work can be explored, as well as issues of diversity, professional boundaries and ethics.
I offer one to one supervision in my private practice, in person or online. I also supervise groups, working with both trainee and qualified counsellors from different modalities. I have particular experience of supervising trainee and newly qualified therapists, supporting them in using counselling theory to understand and deepen the therapeutic process and in exploring and developing their own unique therapeutic practice.
My qualifications and experience
I hold a Certificate in Integrative Supervision from Re-Vision. I am an approved supervisor for Metanoia’s Person-Centred department and supervise on Re-Vision’s Integrative Counselling training. I have supervised and trained counsellors working with survivors of sexual abuse in Mumbai, India, since March 2020. I supervised groups at The Awareness Centre from December 2020 to July 2021, supporting counsellors working short term within the NHS and longer term in the low cost counselling service. I see individual supervisees in my private practice.
Fees and cancellation policy
I charge £70 for a 50 minute supervision session and offer concessions to trainee counsellors and people on a low income.
