About me and my therapy practice
I am an accredited member of the Â鶹Դ´ and an experienced humanistic psychotherapist, offering a safe, supportive, and confidential space for exploration and growth. My approach is rooted in the belief that every individual has the potential for self-awareness, healing, and transformation.
Drawing from Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA), and Person-Centred Therapy (PC), I tailor my work to your unique needs. Gestalt Therapy helps develop present-moment awareness and emotional understanding. Transactional Analysis (TA) explores relationship patterns and communication dynamics. Person-Centred Therapy (PC) provides a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported.
I work collaboratively, supporting you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to develop insight and create meaningful change. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, or relationship difficulties, therapy can offer clarity and empowerment. My aim is to support you in deepening your self-awareness, improving relationships, and navigating life’s challenges with confidence.
I offer sessions both in-person and online, ensuring flexibility and accessibility. If you are unsure whether therapy is right for you, I provide a free telephone consultation to discuss your needs and how we might work together.
Taking the first step can be daunting, but you do not have to do it alone. If you are ready to explore your journey toward healing and self-discovery, feel free to reach out today.
Practice description
My practice offers face-to-face therapy in two locations and online sessions via video or telephone, providing flexibility to suit your needs.
If you prefer in-person sessions, I offer a peaceful, rural setting in Twineham, located on a tranquil farm surrounded by nature. This space provides a calm and private environment, allowing you to step away from daily stresses and fully engage in the therapeutic process.
Alternatively, I also see clients in Lancing, conveniently located close to the train station, making it easily accessible for those traveling from nearby areas. This location provides a comfortable and welcoming setting for therapy.
If you prefer the convenience of remote sessions, I offer online therapy via secure video or telephone, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own home. Online sessions provide the same depth of connection and support as face-to-face meetings while offering greater flexibility for those with busy schedules or mobility concerns.
Whichever option you choose, my approach remains the same—providing a safe, supportive, and confidential space for self-exploration and growth.
My first session
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. I aim to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and experiences at your own pace.
During this session, we will discuss what you would like to focus on in therapy, any challenges you are facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I will also explain how I work, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that therapy feels like the right fit for you. There is no pressure to share more than you feel ready to.
We may explore some background information that helps shape our sessions moving forward. This conversation is collaborative and ensures that our work together is tailored to your needs.
Sessions are available face-to-face in Twineham (on a rural farm), in Lancing (close to the train station), or online via video or telephone. If you are ready to take the first step, feel free to get in touch—I look forward to working with you.
