About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced person-centred 麻豆原创 Accredited counsellor.

We may all face similar difficulties at times but we are all individual and have our own personal approach to life. I aim to provide a confidential space where you can start to explore, make changes, gain new realisations, accept yourself / your situation in a safe non-judgemental environment.

I currently work in private practice where I see individual clients either through their employer's EAP service or privately.

Since qualifying in 2009 I have worked as a counsellor in 3 GP Practices, managed a counselling service for 5 years, worked as an EAP telephone counsellor for 2 years and have been working privately with clients since 2011.

I believe the experiences I have gained through working with clients in a variety of settings gives me a good grounding for working alongside you in an effective therapeutic partnership.
