With years of experience, including working for the NHS Crisis Team and NHS IAPT, I have supported individuals and couples facing a wide range of challenges, from moderate to severe anxiety and depression to complex mental health difficulties. My therapeutic approach integrates psychoanalytic psychotherapy, existential psychotherapy, and postmodern philosophy, offering a space to explore your struggles, relationships, and the deeper questions of life with compassion and understanding.
