About me and my therapy practice
I am a Â鶹Դ´-accredited Psychotherapist with 24 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individual adults.
I provide sessions either in person or via secure video meeting software.
Sessions occur in a caring and professional environment that is sufficiently challenging to effect change. Working together, you will better understand yourself, overcome obstacles in your life, and reach your goals.
I provide cognitive behavioural therapy, which can help you change the thoughts and behaviours that are maintaining your problems, develop your strengths, and work towards solutions. Working together collaboratively, we can identify your strengths and capacity for resilience.
I specialise in ADHD.
