YOUNG ADULTS & TEENS
As the founder of Balance Psychotherapy and an integrative therapist, I offer weekly SESSIONS TEENS & YOUNG ADULTS in area of Neurodiversity & Stress Management.
8-16 session or ongoing (weekly or fortnightly) Integrative Individual Psychotherapy with a Âé¶¹Ô´´-Accredited and ACC registered, Highly Trained Psychotherapist and Academic.
Sessions focus on enhancing self-awareness, communication skills, and developing practical tools to manage daily stressors. Celebration of neurodiversity while providing effective strategies for stress reduction, emotional regulation, and improved overall well-being.
This is a combination of DBT, IFS, CBT and deeply supportive psychodynamic psychotherapy. Therapy includes additional in-app, recorded by me, resources, such as therapeutic mindfulness, EFT or EMDR.
TRAUMA TREATMENT
Use of third wave therapy techniques that focus on affect/emotions. This is quite rare in therapy as most of them focus on thought processes. With techniques focussed on affect I can be sure that I’m bringing the change that is needed.
Use of in-app recorded by me courses in between session: From Anxious 2 Awesome and Strength Beyond Pain.
