About me and my therapy practice
As the founder of Balance Psychotherapy and an integrative therapist, I offer weekly SESSIONS FOR COUPLES seeking to enhance their relationship, build trust, and foster a closer connection—especially beneficial for families with children. Strong relationships are crucial to mental health; investing in your partnership can positively impact your entire family's well-being.
Being educated to MSc in Education, MSc in Psychotherapy, and MSc in Human Development, and certified in Couple Counselling, I am well-positioned to integrate different modalities such as DBT, IFS, EMDR, therapeutic mindfulness, object relations, and CBT. With empathetic curiosity, I look for the core of my clients' source of mental pain and find a solution that is integral to your personality.
The usual approach is scheduling a consultation (booking on my website, with direct access to my diary) to look in-depth at your difficulties and then proceed, if you wish, to an 8-session therapy. This can be repeated if you wish until you feel you are alright. Between sessions, you will have access to my app with recorded tips and therapeutic mindfulness to help and speed up your healing.
Just one more word: many people feel that seeking therapy indicates something is wrong with them, instead of recognizing that larger systems or events can make us unwell. Seeing therapy means you are creating a wiser and happier future for yourself and your family.
I'm an Accredited Member of the Â鶹Դ´, ACC, academic, trauma and relationship psychotherapist, and the founder and coach behind Balance Psychotherapy. Privately, I have been married since 2010 and have experience with intercultural marriage. I am a mother who has gone through fertility treatment. Additionally, I am a proud pet owner, with a dog and a hamster :-)

About me and my therapy practice
Hello! I offer integrative psychotherapy, typically spanning 8 to 16 sessions, focusing on stress management, neurodiversity, trauma, and relationships.
Selecting the right therapy can be daunting, as choosing incorrectly may waste time, money, and healing opportunities. Regardless of the modality, ensure your therapist demonstrates how to balance emotions, thoughts, and manage physical sensations associated with heavy feelings. It's also crucial that they consider your social environment. An effective approach often involves integrating various therapeutic modalities to address your diverse needs comprehensively.
Being educated to MSc in Education, MSc in Psychotherapy, and MSc in Human Development, and certified in Couple Counselling, I am well-positioned to integrate different modalities such as DBT, IFS, EMDR, therapeutic mindfulness, object relations, and CBT.
