I am a Relate-trained Counsellor and Psycho-Sexual Therapist, as well as a qualified Supervisor for Psycho-Sexual Therapy (PST), Couples, and Individuals. Based in Tadworth, Surrey. 

I offer Counselling, Sex Therapy, and Supervision on either an open-ended basis or for an agreed period. My goal is to help you, and/or your partner reconnect, explore your thoughts and feelings, and improve your personal and intimate relationship.

I am committed to providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment for Couples and Relationship Counselling, and I also offer individual counselling.

I assist people facing various challenges, whether you're in a new relationship, in a long-term partnership, or not currently in a relationship. I can support you through difficult situations such as divorce, betrayal, intimacy and sexual concerns, communication issues, stress, and depression.

With many years of experience as a qualified Couples Counsellor and Sex Therapist, my primary work is with Relate, and I also run a private therapy practice in Tadworth, Surrey.

In addition to relationship and individual therapy, I am a qualified Supervisor for experienced and trainee counsellors, particularly those specialising in Psycho-Sexual Therapy (PST) and relationship counselling. I have many years of experience and a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience, I can offers tailored supervision that helps counsellors refine their skills, navigate complex cases, and grow professionally.

I have a quiet Garden Therapy room for Face to Face therapy, I also work online from anywhere in the UK

I am available to supervise Trainees, groups and experienced Counselors in PST, Couples and individuals.

With Supervision I work on-line or Face to Face. The sessions are 1hr to 1hr.30, depending on need.
