About me and my therapy practice

I am a member of the British Psychoanalytic Council as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) as a Counselling Psychologist. I hold a Master鈥檚 degree in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and a PhD in Social Intervention with a focus on interventions during pregnancy and infancy.

I have an extensive experience working in a variety of settings including the NHS, charity and education.

I offer consultation, brief and long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy with young people (up to 25 years old), children, parents and families. In my practice I support families and individuals going through live events and transitions such us pregnancy, new parenthood, divorce, loss, trauma and disability.

Practice description

I offer online sessions. Enquires by email to arrange an initial brief telephone conversation (free of charge) to discuss what brings you to therapy and with a view to booking a consultation.
