A HUMBLE ATTENTION NOTICE.
Alongside counselling, I offer mediation services known as TTAMS which is the abbreviation of Taylor’d Therapy and Mediation Service (TTAMS), supporting individuals and families in resolving conflict constructively. The service is potentially UK’s first ever flexible online instalment plans and an online booking system, my aim is to make professional support accessible and accommodating.
About me and my therapy practice
Life can often present us with unexpected challenges that cause us to question areas of our life path in profound ways. As a dedicated counsellor, I provide a confidential, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, empathetically understood with positive regard to you and your experiences, and supported.
With over four years of therapeutic experience and more than 15 years in roles supporting individuals and families, I integrate Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), and Gestalt techniques into my person centred approach. Each session is tailored to your needs, helping you navigate difficulties such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship issues, family conflicts, or self-limiting beliefs. My aim is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and take meaningful steps towards a more balanced life.
Together, we will explore what your experience represents for you on a conscious level, while also gently uncovering any deeper, hidden layers within your subconscious. Our minds often communicate through metaphors, symbols, and imagery, offering subtle messages about our emotional landscape.
By tuning into these, we can begin to attempt to interpret and understand the unspoken aspects of your experience. With care and sensitivity, I take the time to assess your emotional state, ensuring we create a therapeutic path that truly aligns with your needs. In some cases, I may introduce guided visualisation and meditative techniques, helping you access your subconscious in a safe and supportive way. These methods can encourage self-awareness, allowing you to connect with your inner world in a more profound and meaningful way.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to create a warm, down-to-earth environment where you feel comfortable and valued. I should confess that when necessary and appropriate, I tend to I incorporate a respectful sense of humour, often at my own expense, to ease moments of intensity while maintaining professional boundaries.My first session
Our first session is an opportunity to understand what has brought you to therapy and explore how you are coping. With care and sensitivity, I will assess your needs and work with you to establish a therapeutic direction that best supports you. When appropriate, I may use guided visualisation techniques to deepen self-awareness.
