I work with Individuals, couples, teenagers and children offering a variety of therapies, including Psychotherapy, CBT, EMDR and Hypnotherapy.

Currently I only offer online services, however, you will feel safe to explore any issues you may have and using the best approach for you I can help you achieve your goals.

I also use Creative and Play therapy when working with children and teenagers.

With 24 yrs experience and a calm and empathetic approach, I can help you be the best you can be.
