About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling weighed down, struggling with anxiety, depression, loss, or going through a major life change? Maybe feeling lonely or stuck in the same patterns of behaviour that make it hard to move forward? Deep down you know that you want something different but somehow you can’t believe in yourself enough to work out what to do.
Perhaps you are not sure whether your personal relationships are healthy, and you want space to explore what is right for you. Maybe life feels like it is changing, and you are no longer in control. You might be so used to putting others first that it is difficult to hold on to your own self-worth and the value that you bring, leaving the future feeling uncertain.
Add in experiences of sexism, micro-aggressions, abuse, and ageism, and your confidence can be knocked. It’s not much fun feeling anxious, depressed, or stressed all the time.
It may be hard to speak to friends and family because you don’t want to burden them, are not sure what to say, or end up getting advice from them that feels unhelpful.
If you find it hard to put yourself first, or have found yourself overlooked time and time again, I can support you to find your way through life changes and challenges, and to gain insight to yourself and your relationships.
Practice description
I believe that it is possible for all of us to move from just surviving our lives to thriving.
I have a special interest in helping women with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I have a particular interest in working with women who have experienced sexual violence or abuse, including domestic abuse or abuse within relationships. I work in a trauma informed way and pay attention to mind, body, feelings, and intuition to help create a greater sense of safety and reconnection.
I will support you to identify your strengths and work out what you want from life.
I work with people just like you to feel confident enough to do what you really want to and to try new things. I provide a space that is just for you, to explore your thoughts, feelings and desires.
Working in Shoreditch E1, Queens Park NW6, and online I provide a space that is just for you, to explore your thoughts, hopes, and feelings.
Each session is 50 minutes long.

If my page resonates with you, do get in touch.
I understand that this can feel like a big step.
People tell me I'm very easy to talk to. I have a relaxed, collaborative approach, offering a non-judgmental space for you to find clarity about the challenges you are experiencing.
Whether you are looking for short term therapy to help you get over your current life problems, or more open-ended therapy to delve a bit deeper, I will be alongside you as you talk about your worries to support you to find a way to say ‘yes’ to what you want in life and to feel more comfortable saying 'no' when needed so that you can embrace your future with confidence.
Contact me to book a consultation so that you can get a feel for what it would be like to work with me. I work online or face to face so we can think about what would work best for you.
After our initial consultation we will work together to find a time that works best for you.
