About me and my therapy practice

I am an DBT Therapist with many years experience of providing individual therapy. During this time I have worked both in the UK and Australia, within the NHS and private sector.

I specialise in therapy for personality disorders work exclusively in this area. I provide therapy sessions, skills training and between session skills coaching calls.

All sessions are delivered via video call and are 50 minutes in length.

Practice description

I have both a bachelors and a masters degree and have completed DBT Intensive Training.

Over the course of my career I have worked in a range of therapeutic settings, including hospitals, group therapy and the charitable sector. More recently, I have been involved in the training of other therapists as well.

I maintain a small caseload in order to give my clients the best service I possibly can and to be available to support them with between session coaching so that they can get the upmost out of their DBT.
