About me and my therapy practice
I have extensive experience working with adults, and young people in a wide range of multi cultural settings for over 15 years. Supporting vulnerable adults, who suffered mental health conditions. This includes, but is not limited to working the impact of trauma, depression, anxiety, urgent need of emotional and psychological issues, childhood abuse, PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder)
Sometimes we need help, to explore our experiences to understand our life difficulties we may face. In order for us to fulfill our lifes desires and goals, whatever those life difficulties may feel.
My aim is to support you to understand yourself better, your choices and options you make in your life. I can help you to understand sense of such experiences you have.
I believe that connection is the key to any process for individual growth and fulfilment in life. I understand sometimes, making the decision to have counselling and then choosing a counsellor that feels right for you, may seem overwhelming. You can send me an email or call me, we will have a brief telephone call. Then we can meet for 50 mins for an initial consultation, where we can discuss your therapy needs and answer any questions you may have for me, and if I am the right counsellor for you.

About me and my therapy practice
I have extensive experience working with adults and young people in a wide range of multicultural settings over the past 19 years. My work has been rooted in providing compassionate and effective support to individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally sensitive approaches to their unique needs. A significant portion of my career has been dedicated to supporting vulnerable adults who have mental health conditions and relationship issues. My work has involved addressing the impact of trauma, including childhood abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other long-term psychological challenges.
I have also worked extensively with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and urgent emotional or psychological crises. My approach focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment to help individuals navigate their struggles and find paths toward healing and growth.
Throughout my career, I have remained committed to empowering individuals to overcome their challenges, build resilience, and improve their overall well-being.

My first session
my first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and lay the foundation for our work together. We will discuss your concerns, goals, and what you hope to achieve through our sessions. This initial meeting is designed to ensure that you feel comfortable and supported as we explore the best approach for your needs. I offer a free initial 15-minute call to discuss your needs and see if we’re a good fit to work together. Appointments are available Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
My Practice is based in Norfolk and London. I offer online and in person.
