My approach is grounded in Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, customised to suit your individual circumstances at a pace that’s comfortable for you.

Practice description
I’m trained in Integrative counselling, which means a blend of different approaches to therapy. This means we may talk about how your thoughts and feelings interact and affect you, about life experiences that might have had an impact on you, or use creativity to represent your world.
Please note my practice room is upstairs.

I offer a free online twenty minute chat for us to get to know each other, so you can decide if you want to start counselling.
