About me and my therapy practice
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Expect therapy rooted in humanity, connection, and acceptance. All parts of you are welcome and I’ll be compassionate, engaged, and alongside you as we navigate your challenges at your pace, finding ways forward that work for you. Clients often describe my gentle, person-centred approach as supportive, grounded, powerful and often life-changing.
Alongside traditional talking therapy, if you wish to, we can use creative methods (e.g. objects in the sand, therapeutic cards, doodling and creative writing), breathing and grounding techniques and consider helpful models and concepts.
Our sessions will help you to -
- Find relief from anxiety, stress, and shame, while working through what's holding you back from the past and within the present.
- Gain clarity and balance, deepen self-understanding, live more authentically, and rediscover hope for the future.
- Build healthier relationships with yourself and others, boosting confidence, self-compassion, and resilience.

MY SPECIALISMS
I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of issues and welcome enquiries whatever the challenges you currently face. Below is more detail about concerns I commonly tend to help clients navigate.
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING FOR RELATIONSHIP DIFFICULTIES
When relationships go well, they can lift us up, bringing excitement and connection. In reality, when things aren't going well, they can cause stress, disrupt our daily lives, and be painful. I offer a safe space to understand your relationship challenges, heal old wounds, and learn how to cultivate healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Our sessions might help you to navigate a relationship breakup or breakdown, betrayals and affairs, stress and anxiety, family issues, and historical and current trauma.
**
COUNSELLING FOR LGBTQIA+ FOLK
As LGBTQIA+ folk we can get all too used to being misunderstood, judged, invalidated and even erased. You don't want that to happen in your therapy. Whether you're newly discovering your identity or have been out for some time facing ongoing challenges, as a gay and queer counsellor, I will offer you a safe space where you don't need to educate me and will be celebrated for being your unapologetic authentic self.
**
HIGH ACHIEVERS FEELING OVERWHELMED
You have achieved a lot in your career but struggle behind closed doors. The stress of keeping up, pleasing others or striving for perfection feels overwhelming. This perhaps causes your true desires to get lost under high standards and a harsh inner critic, and also impacts your wider life and relationships. I offer a space to find balance and equilibrium, challenge perfectionism and people pleasing, re-connect with your true self and build self-esteem.
My first session
FREE 20 MIN INTRODUCTORY CONSULTATION
We can start with a free 20-minute consultation to get to know each other, see if I'm the right fit, and answer any questions. There's no obligation to continue after our call or first session, unless it feels right for you.
FEES
- £70 per 50 minute session held online or by phone.
- £80 per 50 minute session held in person (Wimbledon & Clapham)
Remote sessions are available for clients based in the UK and worldwide (select territories).
Fee for private medical insurance companies and payment through employers is an additional £10 per session, due to extra administration work.
