About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced integrative therapist using, Person centered and CBT methods in my work.
I have many years experience of working in domestic abuse, schools and training environments.
I am qualified to deliver Mental Health First aid training.

My practice is in the heart of Folkestone town center with views looking over the sea, it is a beautiful, friendly and welcoming environment.

I offer a free consultation, which gives you the chance to meet me and get a feel for working together.
