About me and my therapy practice

Hello,

My name is Aude and I am a Â鶹ԭ´´ registered Psychotherapist and Transformational Coach with over a decade professional experience.

I specialise on guiding and empowering my clients towards mind clarity by combining psychotherapeutic modalities and coaching around a wide range of presenting issues. My expertise covers:

  • Anxiety & Depression
  • Neurodivergence: ADHD & Autism Spectrum Disorder (diagnosed or undiagnosed)
  • Trauma and traumatic events
  • Abuse (including Emotional, Coercive or Narcissistic)
  • LGBTQ+ challenges

Making sure you feel safe and comfortable with me is important. I believe my multi-cultural background, personal life journey and wide professional experience mean that I offer a safe and non-judgemental approach rooted in compassion.

More than offering you a safe place to explore your feelings, your past and present experiences, I help you create the mind shift you need and want through truly understanding how your unique mind works and responds before potentially implementing the small realistic changes you need and want for a healthier and more fulfilling life.

My multi-disciplinary approach incorporates person-centred, psychodynamic, Transformational Coaching, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Mindfulness and CBT modalities, which are tailored to each client's individual needs and goals.

In our work together I also aim to offer a new perspective of your past and present experiences with practical tools to help you evaluate your needs, gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationship, and enable you to make empowered choices and changes.

Considering therapy may feel daunting so please do contact me and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have about how the process works.
