About me and my therapy practice
About Me
I am an experienced psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist offering short (specific issue based) and long-term therapy in central London. I have experience in working with adults of all ages, cultural backgrounds and identities, supporting a variety of emotional difficulties.
My particular interest lies in the area of treating anxiety and depression.
Practice description
My approach:
Simply put, the psychodynamic approach is about in-depth work that helps clients make sense of their unconscious thoughts and feelings, and understand how these might be sabotaging or impacting on their current lives.
Past experiences that have not been sufficiently processed and thought about can generate a wide range of symptoms, such as stress and mental fatigue, obsessive worries, low-self-esteem, feelings stuck and out of sync with the world, and so on.
The vital part of the process of resolving and overcoming these is having the experience of being truly seen and understood by another person. A new, wider perspective on your difficulties and struggles, together with an astute insight and supportive guidance, is something that only a good therapeutic relationship can provide.

About me and my therapy practice
A Space for Deeper Understanding and Lasting Change
As an experienced psychotherapist, I work with adults from diverse ages, identities, and cultural backgrounds who seek a deeper exploration of their past and present experiences, persistent emotional challenges, and ingrained behavioral patterns.
The clients who benefit most from working with me are those looking for more than just temporary relief—those who feel ready to engage with their inner world on a deeper level and explore meaningful, lasting change.
Practice description
My approach:
There are times for all of us when life feels overwhelming or unmanageable, leaving us stuck in patterns of thinking, reacting, and behaving that can be difficult to understand - let alone break free from.
You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or a deeper sense of disconnection—feeling at odds with yourself and the world around you. Unresolved past experiences can shape the present in unexpected ways, and when they remain emotionally unprocessed, they often give rise to patterns of all kinds of avoidance, feelings of hopelessness, or difficulty managing emotions.
Therapy provides a space to explore these challenges at your own pace, free from judgment. In a reflective and supportive environment, we can work together to uncover the deeper roots of your emotional struggles. Through greater self-understanding, you can begin to navigate life with more hope, clarity and resilience.
My first session
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, available in person in central London and online worldwide. To help you decide if therapy with me is the right fit, I provide a free 15-minute Zoom consultation. If we choose to proceed, we’ll begin with a full in-person introductory session, where we can explore your concerns in depth and discuss the best way forward.
