About me and my therapy practice
Do you find yourself constantly questioning your worth?
Are you stuck in patterns of self-doubt, overthinking, or struggling to feel good enough in relationships?
Does anxiety leave you feeling exhausted and overwhelmed?
You’re not alone. I know how heavy it can feel when you're trying to keep everything together on the outside while struggling on the inside. Whether it’s the quiet self-criticism that never seems to stop, the fear of not being liked, or the way emotions can spiral into unhealthy coping mechanisms like emotional eating or avoidance, I understand how exhausting this cycle can be.
I specialise in working with women who are navigating anxiety, self-esteem challenges, relationship struggles, and eating concerns—because I know how deeply these experiences can impact your confidence, your decisions, and how you show up in the world. Therapy is a space where we can make sense of these feelings together, without judgment, so you can start feeling lighter, stronger, and more in control.
I also work with teenagers who are struggling with the pressures of school, friendships, and self-identity. Growing up in today’s world is tough, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and deeply understanding. We’ll explore your experiences together at a pace that feels right for you, helping you break free from old patterns and move toward a life where you feel more confident and at ease.
I have experience in private practice, schools, charities and NHS settings. My clients are normally struggling with anxiety, low mood, depression, disordered eating, relationship issues, ADHD/ADD related struggles and challenges around a world which isn't build for neurodiversity.
You don’t have to face this alone. If any of this resonates with you, reach out—I’d love to support you on this journey.

A few things you may want to know:
I work on an open ended basis which means that there is no set numbers of sessions. I believe you will know when you are ready and we will discuss an end to our work together.
Our sessions day and time will be agreed during the first session and will remain the same for as long as we continue to work together. It is important to maintain the routine and for you to be able to have some space to reflect between sessions.
