About me and my therapy practice
I am a Â鶹Դ´ accredited psychotherapist who provides individual, couples and family therapy. I have a specialisation in working with teenagers.
My experience is extensive and includes working with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse, trauma, relationship issues, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergence.
My educational background includes a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology and licensure as a Marriage & Family Therapist.
I view each individual as such and tailor my approach to suit the unique needs of my client/s. I am focused on empathising and empowering my client/s to meet the goals they set out for themselves, which is done with respect and genuine support.
Our work together will be collaborative and trustworthy, always with a sense of hope that you can achieve the goals you set out for yourself.
My passion for psychology, as well as my training and experience, has developed over decades. I bring life experience and dedication to the field and a sincere desire to see you flourish.

My first session
At our first initial meeting we will use the opportunity to get to know each other and see if we would work well together. You are ultimately in the drivers seat and we will work at your pace.
Some background information will be helpful in learning more about you and what you hope to gain in therapy and this will come about as we explore your needs and goals.
