About me and my therapy practice

I am passionate about working with you when you are struggling with a problem in your life, and finding it hard to cope. Perhaps a loss has left you feeling distressed, unable to move forwards or there may be feelings of anxiety or depression.

Are you finding life hard to enjoy and wondering what to do about it?

A loss can take many forms, job loss, bereavement, divorce, death of a pet or the end of a significant relationship. Maybe you feel that you have lost direction in your life.

Practice description

My aim is to help you navigate through those difficult times, and to help you reconnect with yourself. We can explore what is happening for you, look at the issue from your point of view and help you to try to make sense of your life, and move forwards.

Making the first move can be hard. I can offer you a free initial 20 minute telephone consultation, and can offer sessions on an open ended basis, to an agreed time scale with the aim to assist you to live your life to the full.

My first session

Sessions are up to 60 minutes.
