About me and my therapy practice
Sarah holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Liverpool, an MSc in Health Psychology, a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling, and a Level 5 certification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She is currently pursuing her Professional Doctorate in Health Psychology. As a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (Â鶹Դ´), Sarah adheres to the highest standards of ethical and professional practice.
Fully insured and in compliance with Â鶹Դ´ ethical guidelines, Sarah engages in regular professional supervision to maintain the highest standards of care. Her commitment to ongoing professional development ensures her practice is informed by the latest research and best practices in the field.
Sarah’s experience includes volunteering with reputable organizations such as Age UK, AJ and Friends and Crea8ting Communities, in addition to her professional background in the private sector.
