My first session

In our first session, there鈥檚 no pressure to 'have it all together' or know exactly what to say. We鈥檒l start by getting a sense of what鈥檚 been weighing on you, what patterns keep showing up and what you鈥檇 like to change.

I鈥檒l listen, ask questions to help you reflect and begin to piece together a clearer picture of how we can move forward in a way that actually works for you. This might include working creatively but only if that feels ok for you, otherwise we'll explore other ways of working that do feel good.
