About me and my therapy practice

I鈥檓 an integrative therapist currently offering online counselling only. I offer a safe confidential space for clients to explore and unpick any issues they are struggling with in the present or in their past.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is the key to aiding clients in 鈥渦nlocking difficult doors鈥� and that by creating a non-judgmental, safe space clients are able to open those doors in the hope that life feels a bit lighter.

I know that it can feel a bit daunting making that first step but have a think about putting yourself own needs first and making that change in your life.

My first session

I am happy to offer the first session for free to see how you feel and whether therapy and myself as a therapist are what you are looking for.

The session will be a 30 minute session where we can have a chat about what you are hoping to get from therapy and if you don鈥檛 know that鈥檚 fine too!
