I have current availability for online sessions with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

I also have some availability face-to-face on Saturdays.

I offer 30 minute Well-being sessions as welll as ful 50 minute therapy sessions.

About me and my therapy practice

Hello and welcome!

Asking for help can be so very difficult, and at a time when you may be feeling at your most vulnerable. As a mature, accredited and insured therapist I endeavour to put you at ease and work with you to best suit your needs. I work as a Person-Centred therapist, very passionate about the potential of every individual that I encounter. The time spent in therapy is your time, a space just for you.

Qualified for over 9 years, I have worked with adults, young adults, teens and children in a variety of settings. I am currently working in person and on line, with home visits possible under certain circumstances.

I work with the individual, adapting to their need - Children, Teens, Young adults, Adults (of any age) - All Welcome!
