About me and my therapy practice

I specialise in helping individuals who feel disconnected from themselves or overwhelmed by their life experiences. Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, or emotional numbness, I offer a compassionate, mind-body approach designed to help you reconnect with your inner self and restore balance in your life.

In my practice, I draw from three core elements that guide how we work together: relational connection, mind-body integration, and nervous system resourcing. The relationship between us is central, providing a safe, trusting space where you can explore your experiences, understand how they have shaped you, and begin healing from within. I also focus heavily on inner child work, helping you revisit and heal early memories that may still be affecting you today. This process allows you to reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been forgotten or suppressed, so you can move forward with greater clarity and wholeness.

Through a mind-body approach, I help you become more aware of how your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations are interwoven. By learning to listen to your body and release stored tension or trauma, you鈥檒l find greater harmony and emotional resilience. Additionally, we鈥檒l work to resource your nervous system, teaching techniques that help you regulate stress and establish a sense of safety in your body, fostering deep emotional balance and lasting peace.

My work centres on helping you reconnect with yourself鈥攅specially if you鈥檝e been feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or emotionally 鈥渟tuck.鈥 If you鈥檙e struggling with unresolved childhood memories, old wounds, or emotional patterns that no longer serve you, I offer specialised inner child work to help you heal those early experiences and reclaim your sense of wholeness.

Using a mind-body approach, I guide you in understanding how your body holds onto past experiences鈥攚hether through physical sensations, emotions, or unconscious behaviours. I incorporate mindfulness techniques to help you become more attuned to your body鈥檚 messages, empowering you to release tension, trauma, and stress in a natural, gentle way.

My first session

I offer a free introductory call before your first session, providing you with an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the therapy I offer. If you decide to book a first session, we鈥檒l take some time to explore your background, discuss your goals for therapy, and collaborate on creating a personalised plan for our work together.
