About me and my therapy practice
As an integrative counsellor with a multicultural background, I bring a broad understanding of diverse experiences. My approach combines a basis in person-centred therapy while utilising cognitive-behaviour therapy tools and a systemic constellation approach, when looking at relationships specifically, ensuring sessions are tailored to your needs. Alongside my counselling, I also have experience as a Wellbeing Advisor, which helps me take a proactive approach to promoting mental health and offering support for any issues, big or small.
Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, bereavement, or relationship issues, I’m here to support you with compassion and care. My passion lies in empowering clients—helping them build resilience, improve their well-being, and cultivate self-compassion. I also have a passion for working with young people (16+), guiding them through tough times and helping them come out stronger the other side.
Practice description
I am an integrative counsellor who uses person centred therapy as the base and cognitive behaviour therapy as a tool to create a healthy therapeutic relationship built on trust and respect. I can tailor our sessions in a way that suits you, to help us explore your concerns together.Sessions are exclusively online on Zoom or via telephone.
I do require a payment for the 1st session 24 hours before the start date to confirm your attendance. Following payments can be discussed for a method that suits you.
My first session
I offer a free 15 minute initial session for you to see if I would be a good fit for you as a therapist and so I can get an idea of your expectations and needs
If you decide that we would be a good fit, we can begin with weekly/fortnightly 50 minute sessions via video chat or telephone
I am happy to take block bookings or to leave it open ended depending on your preference.
I ask that you complete and sign the counselling contract 24 hours before the first session. Which we would go over at the start of the initial session.
During the session itself, there are no assessments to complete, we may discuss goals for therapy if relevant but it is mainly a chance for you to relay what has brought you to therapy and allow us to get to know each other better.
