I am Caroline, a qualified and registered counsellor with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I offer therapy to individul adults and couples (18 years +) in Brixton, Blackheath and online.
What are you going through?

Person-Centred Therapy
Working in a person-centred way means that I offer a safe place for you to feel comfortable about expressing yourself. I will listen to you with respect, empathy and without judgement. So you will feel empowered to connect with your inner values, experiences and self-worth to move forward in being your authentic, unique self.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Working in a psychodynamic way means that I will help you to become more aware of your unconscious patterns of behaviour. I will support you in understanding how your early experiences and past relationships may have shaped how you connect, communicate and react in your relationships. By unravelling these deeper patterns, you can recognise where certain conflicts or emotional responses might be coming from and then find it easier to move forward and build healthier ways of relating.
My first session
I am happy to offer a free 30 minute initial telephone consultation for you to talk through any issues that you would like to bring and for me to let you know about how I can work with you to support and help you.
From there we can then see if you would like to arrange weekly 50 minute counselling sessions, thereafter.

I offer online therapy on Monday - Friday at 08:00 - 19:30
6 weeks therapy - £50 per session (normally £65)
Monday 16:30 & 17:30
I am offering individual in-person therapy in Brixton for 3 weeks at a promotional fee of £50 per session followed by online therapy thereafter, as I will be moving my practice from Brixton to online. If you would like to continue therapy in week 7 the fee will be £60 per online session.

I integrate Psychodynamic and Person-Centred therapy
to offer a therapy experience that is both insightful and supportive.
Psychodynamic therapy explores how past
experiences, unconscious patterns, and early relationships may be influencing
your present emotions and behaviours. By gaining awareness of these dynamics,
we can uncover the roots of your struggles and find healthier ways forward.
Person-Centred therapy creates a warm,
non-judgmental space where you feel accepted and valued. This client-led approach
empowers you to explore your feelings openly and find your own answers with my
support.
Integrating these approaches allows me to adapt
the therapy to your unique needs—whether you’re looking for deeper
self-understanding, support through a difficult period, or tools to improve
your relationships.

Sensique Counselling - 'Making sense of your unique self'
My counselling sessions in Lewisham offers a safe, comfortable and non judgmental space for you to talk about and reflect on any concerns or issues that are affecting your thoughts and feelings.
Counselling approaches
Person-centred counselling means that the therapy is centred around you as the client to enable you to connect with your unique inner values and self-worth to be your unique self.
Psychodynamic counselling means that the therapy is around bringing your unconscious feelings, conflicts and processes to your consciousness to become more self-aware.
My first session
