About me and my therapy practice
I’m passionate about helping my clients find their strengths, believe in themselves, and lead happier lives. Right now, I offer online therapy through video or phone calls to people across the U.K., and I also meet clients in person in Manchester (M1 2AP).
Therapy is not just about improving yourself; it’s also about letting go of the version of you that you created to cope with life’s challenges. Sometimes, in tough times, we lose touch with who we really are.
As a humanistic psychotherapist, I focus on you as a unique person. Together, we will work on boosting your confidence, understanding your emotions, and finding meaning in your experiences. I’m also a qualified coach, so we can also work on setting and achieving your goals. Our journey together will be a collaborative effort, where both of us will commit the time and energy needed to make the changes you want.
Practice description
I offer a friendly and welcoming environment where we can explore how to work together. We'll start by talking about what led you to seek therapy and what you want to achieve.
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist registered with Â鶹Դ´. I have experience helping people with burnout and creating work life balance, romantic relationship issues and self-esteem challenges. I also have special training in working with survivors of domestic abuse, as well as individuals facing race and identity concerns, and those who have experienced historical child sexual abuse.
My first session
How do we start working together?
If you're interested in working with me, just send me an email! We can chat about how we might work together. I offer a free 15-minute call so we can get to know each other, talk about your experiences of therapy, share any concerns you might have, and see if I'm the right fit for you before scheduling a first session.
How long do sessions last?
A therapy session lasts 50 minutes, and everything we talk about is confidential.
How many sessions can I have?
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy options, and we’ll decide together how many sessions you might need. There's no set limit on how many sessions we can have, and we can adjust that as we go along.
How do we wrap up our sessions?
When you feel like you've accomplished what you wanted to from therapy, we can talk about finishing up and end our sessions in a way that feels comfortable for you.
