Practice description
I provide talking therapy to address a wide range of mental health challenges, with a compassionate and expert approach. Recognising that each individual’s experience is unique, we focus on what matters most to you.
I am experienced in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, abuse, suicidal ideation, cancer, life-limiting and life-altering conditions, long-term health issues, low self-esteem, anticipatory grief, as well as grief and bereavement.
My goal is to build a trusting relationship where you can discover your unique voice, feel valued, and experience personal growth.
My first session
I offer a free initial chat (up to 30 minutes), which gives us a chance to meet each other and for you to see if I suit your counselling needs.
