I have the privilege of working with top wellness experts and professionals such as Doctors, Sleep experts, Nutritionists, physios who all share their expertise to help clients to become the best versions of themselves.

I am a qualified Âé¶¹Ô´´ registered therapist with a background of working within my own private practice and agency settings. I specialise in a range of life's struggles from feelings of anxiety and depression to low self-esteem, emotional trauma, daily stressors, work related problems and relationship issues.
