About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Fabiola, integrative counsellor, psychotherapist and career coach offering online and in-person sessions in Weybridge.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed by anxiety or low mood, struggling with relationships, or processing past trauma, I provide a safe, supportive space to help you make sense of your thoughts and emotions.
As an integrative therapist, I don’t believe in a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach. Instead, I draw from different therapeutic models, including humanistic and psychodynamic approaches, to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. This means we can work together to understand both the present challenges you’re facing and any deeper patterns that may be holding you back.
Alongside my private practice, I work as a counsellor at a rape crisis centre, supporting survivors of sexual violence. Until recently, I also worked with a charity supporting women survivors of domestic abuse. These experiences have shaped my trauma-informed approach, ensuring I offer a sensitive, understanding and empowering space.
I also hold a Master’s degree in Career Coaching and I can integrate coaching techniques into our work to support your next steps, particularly if you're experiencing career uncertainty, workplace stress or a desire for change. I have extensive experience helping people navigate career transitions, workplace challenges and professional fulfilment.
