About me and my therapy practice
Welcome! Taking the step to consider therapy is a significant and positive move towards change, and I’m here to support you on that journey.
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, work related stress, family issues or a general sense of being stuck. You might feel lost, unsure of how to move forward, or trapped by patterns that seem impossible to break. Therapy offers a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts and emotions, understand what’s holding you back, and discover new ways to approach life’s challenges.
I am an accredited psychotherapist, trained as both a psychologist and a psychotherapist. My background allows me to integrate a range of evidence-based approaches, tailoring therapy to suit your unique needs.
I have experience in a variety of clinical settings, including CAMHS, forensic mental health, NHS community mental health, the charitable sector, high-intensity therapy services, EAP and private practice. These experiences have strengthened my ability to support individuals from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of concerns. I provide a supportive therapeutic environment for individuals of all sexual orientations, ethnicities, nationalities, sizes, religions, and abilities.
My approach focuses on helping clients manage anxiety, depression, workplace stress, and life transitions while navigating family issues and strengthening connections. I work with individuals to build self-esteem, increase psychological resilience, and develop a deeper sense of self-awareness. Understanding and changing unhelpful patterns and breaking free from destructive cycles are key aspects of therapy work. Together, we will explore the difficulties you face, recognise behaviours that may be holding you back, and work towards creating a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Practice description
I draw upon a range of evidence-based approaches such as Behavioural (CBT, DBT) and Schema Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and other third-wave therapies, Integrative Therapy (IT) and Sensory Integration Assessments for young people and adults.My first session
After you fill out the contact form, I will contact you via email to schedule an initial 10 minute free video consultation, where we will discuss what issues you are experiencing and your potential goals for therapy. You can also ask me any questions about the therapy process. After your initial consultation, we can book your first in-depth session.
Before we start working together, I would like you to have the opportunity to read the therapy agreement to ensure your autonomy as a client is maintained and you are clear about the therapy you are to undertake.
