About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified and MÂ鶹ԭ´´ Accredited Therapist with 6 years of experience in individual therapy and three years in couples therapy.

My approach is psychodynamic, relational, and integrative, helping couples and individuals explore vulnerable primary emotions, unmet needs, and unconscious relational patterns that shape their interactions. I work effectively with relational wounds, trauma, attachment issues, and difficult relationship dynamics, guiding toward deeper emotional awareness, connection, and healing.

At the core of my work is the 4 Foci approach: Relationships, Embodiment, Meaning-Making, and Agency. I help couples explore the underlying relational dynamics that influence their patterns, encouraging them to engage with their embodied emotional experiences while developing a stronger sense of agency in their relationship.

Through deep reflection and guided interventions, I support in making meaning of shared experiences and uncovering pathways for growth and transformation.

My sessions integrate elements of psychodynamic depth psychology, existential therapy, creative therapeutic methods such as visualization or metaphor, humour. My goal is to facilitate not just behavioral changes, but profound shifts in self-awareness and relational understanding.I integrate a range of evidence-based approaches to meet your specific needs, including:

Practice description

I provide weekly/fortnightly therapy sessions as well as one-day intensive workshops, ideal for couples or individuals who want to focus on deep, immersive work within a short time frame. I currently offer sessions both online and in-person in Brockley, and Honor Oak Park London.

£130 intro individual session paid upfront; 

£180 single couple session paid upfront

Packages:

 Â£ 397 for a package of 4 individual sessions paid upfront,(£100 per session)
