About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Shehra Ali, a qualified psychotherapist. My personal experiences—facing a difficult divorce, navigating complex relationships, returning to education while managing neurodiversity, and embracing my identity as a child of immigrants—have fuelled my passion for helping others. I understand that your past shapes you, and I’m here to help you find your path to healing and transformation.
I work from an integrative framework, drawing on various theories and modalities to support you.

Practice description
I work with adults from all backgrounds, with different past experiences, cultures, ethnicity and diversity.
So, if any of the above speaks to you and you think we might work well together, I would love to hear from you. I am currently working online via Google meet. Please get in touch if you have any questions or would like a consultation.
My first session
I offer a free 15-minute consultation to find out a bit more about you and for you to get to know me and see if you feel we could work together.
If after the consultation, you decide you with like ongoing therapy. We will meet for a 50-minute session, usually weekly on an agreed day and time.
In our first session will explore the issue[s] that have led you to seek therapy. We will also discuss what you hope to achieve, it will include questions about your family and personal history.
