About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative therapist, meaning that I work flexibly with each person to suit their needs. I can help deal with anxiety, depression, abuse, addiction, bereavement and many other issues. While some people may prefer to work in a solution-focused way to address an immediate concern others might be seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their past.
My way of working is based on our relationship, rather than any specific theoretical model. It is through our relationship that we explore your experience, your feelings, needs and wants in a non-judgemental, contained space. Through our work together it is my hope that clients develop a better understanding of themselves and leave with an increased level of confidence that comes from acceptance.
I began training in the field of psychology and psychotherapy in 2014 having completed a BSc in psychology and counselling and an MSc in therapeutic counselling in London. I also train psychotherapists on MSc level and teach counselling at undergraduate level at a London university.
Practice description
Throughout my practice I have gained extensive experience relating to anxiety, depression, family issues, and relationship problems. I can also help with a sense of direction in life and a deeper understanding of yourself.

Supervisor - London
Features
- Flexible hours available
Availability
I work flexibly to meet each supervisee's needs and offer 60 or 90 minute individual supervision weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. I also offer 90 minute group supervision, typically with up to 3 members. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any specific need you would like to discuss.
About me and my therapy practice
Finding the right supervisor for can be just as challenging as finding the right therapist.
As an integrative clinical supervisor, I provide a space where you can reflect on the relationships between you and your clients, as well as the one we create together in supervision.
Practice description
While my training is integrative, the orientations I find myself gravitating towards most are existential and psychodynamic. Regardless of this I am open to adopting any other theoretical orientation you may be partial to and work flexibly to ensure we are on common ground.

In our initial meeting we have a conversation about you and your practice and discuss client work so that we both have an idea of how we might work together if we decide to do so.
