About me and my therapy practice
I am an existential psychotherapist based in London. I see each person’s own experience as unique and strive to help clients unlock the skills and resources they have within themselves to face the inevitable difficulties of life. As an existential psychotherapist I have a deep interest in how we create meaning in our lives and understand that this is often unclear. I approach my clients with care, openness and empathy in order to support their specific needs and to help explore these in an increasingly unsettling world. When appropriate, I integrate other approaches in the therapeutic process, including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), EMDR and integrative somatic trauma approaches.
I have worked with clients experiencing many different issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, chronic pain or illness, relationship issues or a sense of being stuck in life.
I earned a Doctorate in Existential Psychotherapy from the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling (NSPC), affiliated with Middlesex University. I also hold a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling from NSPC.
Before transitioning into psychotherapy, I spent ten years as the CEO of an asset management company, where I gained valuable experience in coaching teams and supporting employees at various stages of their careers.
