About me and my therapy practice
I am a registered Integrative Psychotherapist with over six years of experience, offering a compassionate and professional space to explore your challenges. I tailor my approach to your unique needs, helping you gain clarity and the resolve to move forward in the direction you aspire to. The ultimate aim of our work is for you to cope better, to overcome past experiences and to grow and move on from there.
Whether you are looking for short-term support or longer-term therapy, I offer a flexible approach to suit your preferences.
In a confidential and non-judgmental space, where you will be truly listened to and supported, we will work through whatever is presenting itself as a challenge or obstacle to your well-being, empowering you to gain the tools to move forward.
I primarily work with adults (25+), providing weekly online sessions in a safe and supportive environment.
Practice description
My therapeutic work with you will be underpinned by the Â鶹Դ´ ethical framework and I follow a holistic and integrative approach. Depending on your main reason for seeking therapeutic support and your expectations, I will attune my approach to what fits best for you individually at a given time and throughout your therapeutic journey. I am trained to support you, drawing from psychodynamic, person-centred, cognitive behavioural, relational, and existential theories as well as focusing on the body and mind relationship and the nervous system including breath work and relaxation techniques.
My first session
If you like to explore working together, please reach out via email to arrange a free 15-20 minute phone consultation, where we can discuss your needs before you decide how to proceed.
If you decide to proceed, I would ask you to complete a initial assessment form before our first 50 minute session. I offer 50 min long sessions once weekly. In general, the number of sessions will be determined by you and we will regularly review progress and goals.
