I work online via telephone and Zoom. My availability is from Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm. I only do a maximum of 20 sessions per week to be fully present and committed to you and in sessions. This can mean that I am not always taking on new clients. I welcome your enquiry!

About me and my therapy practice

My therapy sessions are ideal for you if you’re looking to make a change in your life by exploring and coming to terms with who you are, where you’re at and how you’d like life to be different moving forwards. You may coming to therapy for a number of reasons (not limited to mental health concerns), and ultimately want to have a space to be without criticism, take stock, understand and show up for yourself.

My main aim is to help you be yourself, share whatever is bothering you and explore steps forwards.

Practice description

I have been counselling since 2019, been a full-time therapist in my private practice since 2022 and was awarded my coaching diploma in 2024. I believe that a compassionate, direct and respectful approach to ourselves and others is the best way forward.

Although I’m trained to work with all ages, I only work with adults (18+).

My first session

It’s important you have the right therapist who you’re comfortable with. Before agreeing to work with each other, I offer a free 15 minute consultation to talk about expectations, boundaries and logistics and to answer any questions you may have.

I understand that struggling to maintain an erection can greatly impact self-esteem, mental health and relationships. Many people feel inadequate and unable to reach out to talk about this, especially to a woman.

I am passionate about supporting people who are impacted by erectile dysfunction, whether you are a man or somebody who was assigned male at birth (AMAB). This passion comes from a desire to support others to have meaningful close relationships with others and to feel confident and secure.

I am passionate about supporting you and together we're going to find the right way to make positive change for you.

Practice description

I offer humanistic person-centred counselling. Person-centred counselling doesn't follow a strict agenda or necessarily undertake specific procedures or techniques but uses active listening and empathy to create a space you can feel secure, explore and increase self-awareness. I will work in a creative way to find the best way of doing therapy with you. In the first session, we will see if we are a good match to work together.

To support clients who are in business together, I use coaching methods and a therapeutic approach.
