What's the Provide Society Method?
Please see my website for more information about my method and program.
What's a family business?
A family business is a business in which co-creators / partners have dual relationships. You may be business partners as well as romantic partners, siblings, parent and child, in-laws or be connected in some other personal way. Family businesses require attention to foster both a prosperous business and to maintain functional, meaningful relationships outside the business. For your family business to thrive, we need to care for the family and the business - for you, your relationships, your clients/customers and your wider society!

About me and my therapy practice
I understand that struggling to maintain an erection can greatly impact self-esteem, mental health and relationships. Many people feel inadequate and unable to reach out to talk about this, especially to a woman.
I am passionate about supporting people who are impacted by erectile dysfunction, whether you are a man or somebody who was assigned male at birth (AMAB). This passion comes from a desire to support others to have meaningful close relationships with others and to feel confident and secure.
I am passionate about supporting you and together we're going to find the right way to make positive change for you.
Practice description
I offer humanistic person-centred counselling. Person-centred counselling doesn't follow a strict agenda or necessarily undertake specific procedures or techniques but uses active listening and empathy to create a space you can feel secure, explore and increase self-awareness. I will work in a creative way to find the best way of doing therapy with you. In the first session, we will see if we are a good match to work together.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer a respectful, confidential space for you to openly explore the good, bad and ugly parts of yourself, your life and your relationships.
As a person-centred therapist, I believe that you know what is best for your life. I help my clients to explore at depth the roots of who they are and what life is like for them. My job is to raise your awareness and empower you to gain understanding and control of yourself and emotions and help you to know what is right for you in your life.
There may be a number of reasons why you want to therapy, which isn't limited to mental health issues. I have experience helping clients with relationships counselling, family conflicts, coping loss, intimacy and sex related issues, anxiety, low self-esteem and identity. I particularly urge men to reach out.
I have been a full-time therapist in private practice since 2022. I got my coaching diploma in 2024. Coaching supplements therapy by asking questions and exploring what changes in your life you may want to see.
