If you’re looking at my profile then you must be thinking you’d like someone to talk to. I can be that person. I will provide you with a non-judgemental, empathic experience. Allowing you to safely explore your thoughts and feelings.

My work is very much client led but through experience I have found that my coaching skills such as gentle questioning and motivational techniques prove useful in helping clients share their story and identify their therapeutic goals. 

My practice is based in a warm cosy space, that promotes Wellbeing. The room is warm and welcoming.

I will offer you an hour which focuses entirely on what you bring to me that day. I will follow your lead and ensure we work at a pace that is comfortable for you. We might laugh, cry, sit quietly but I will be alongside you all the way as I support you. 

During our first session we will put together a working agreement which will include confidentiality, how Person Centred therapy works, clients goals and expectations and agree fees and method of communication/cancellation.
