About me and my therapy practice
As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals explore the deeper aspects of their emotional lives, relationships, and experiences. My approach focuses on understanding the unconscious patterns that shape our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, with the goal of fostering self-awareness and lasting change. In addition to psychodynamic therapy, I also offer EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) sometimes in combination with SSP and short-term therapy options, including 12-week therapy programs for those seeking more focused and time-limited support.With extensive experience in psychodynamic psychotherapy, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s emotional challenges. I offer a compassionate, insightful approach, aiming to create a reflective space where clients can explore their internal world.

I would be happy to help you through this journey.
Our process begins with free 15 min initial conversation or you can go to next step of booking the initial consultation, which is priced at £90. This session will give us a chance to discuss your needs, explore what you’d like to gain from therapy, and ensure that we’re a good fit to work together.
During this first meeting, we can also talk in more detail about the frequency of sessions and the costs for any ongoing therapy, tailoring the plan to suit your individual needs. This is payable in advance of the session. Cancellation time 24 hours before session.

My time is flexible for EMDR therapy. I often combine SSP ( Safe and Sound Protocol) when appropriate with EMDR.
