About me and my therapy practice
Are there aspects in your life that are causing you distress, or preventing you from moving forward?
Do you need help in understanding and dealing with overwhelming feelings?
Perhaps you are suffering with depression or anxiety?
Are you experiencing relationship issues, or maybe you need a helping hand in working through patterns, repetition which are leaving you feeling confused and stuck.
I offer an opportunity to explore these issues and feelings in a safe, relaxed and confidential space, helping you to move on in life by gaining clarity, further insight and understanding of yourself.
I have over 13 years of experience in helping people to deal with and overcome difficult issues and traumas in their lives. As an MSc qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Supervisor, offer both long term and short-term therapy for anyone who requires working through their issues. In addition, I offer brief therapy in the form of Single Focus Solution sessions.
Practice description
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a MSc in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling from Birkbeck, University along with CIPD training in Career Counselling.
I am currently working at a London University as both a Student Counsellor and Supervisor alongside my private practice in North London. My previous experience includes working in both short term and long term therapy for Women and Health in Camden.
In addition to my work in counselling, I previously worked in the city in event management. I eventually moved into HR working in both the private and not for profit sector, giving me a good understanding of work pressures, career and redundancy issues.
My first session
Free initial telephone conversation.
I offer a free initial telephone conversation to explore what is going on for you at present, and how we would work together.

About me and my therapy practice
As a qualified and experienced practitioner of over 13 years, I began training as a Supervisor back in 2018 . In my previous role at Middlesex University Counselling service, I looked after the trainee programme, and supervised a number of Psychotherapy trainees throughout their 2 year placement.
I thoroughly love the process of working with Psychotherapists/Counsellors , supporting and watching them grow and hope I will continue to do so within my work. Please feel free to call for an initial chat about working together.
Practice description
Although I trained Psychodynamically I have experience of working with both Integrative and Existential Counsellors. I believe my training allows us to work well with the unconscious, alongside what I believe to be the most important part of the work ie the relationship between Therapist and Client.
My first session
My first initial session would be discussing how we would work, and exploring both of our expectations of supervision and what you expect to get out of it. I would also discuss the usual setting of boundaries in our work and the importance of us being able to be honest and authentic.
